How did they do this? Advent Labs Demo

How is the scroll box "Company Sales" created? I looked at the Datagrid Component and you can not move the columns like in the demo. And if a row is highlited when you rollover it, it is a button?

I would assume these guys are using the datagrid component distributed with one of the DRK CDs from Macromedia. Costs about 200 dollars. I have made a free one that you could do the same with.
