How do I stretch an SWF to fit a browser window?

Hello, I am designing a page with 4 frames (looks like this):

Logo/Header
------------------------------------
M |
E | Contents
N |
U |
------------------------------------
Footer
------------------------------------

All of the frames are SWFs. I need to know how to stretch (not resize) each SWF file in order to completely fill up each frame.

set the dimensions in Publish Settings on the html tab to 100%
