Dude, Nor DreamWeaver or Any other HTML editor will give the option to MAKE a scrollbar. That's Explorer's job. What you can do is change the color of the scrollBar, or make your page appear inside a frame, to MAKE the ScrollBar DISAPPEAR.

DUDE, it's not happening in the left hand frame. It does make one in the main frame in IE. Why won't it happen in the left one???

The Explorer makes one in the main Frame, because the content in it is bigger than the screen size. The best you can do (If you wanna me a scrollbar appear) is to make your left frame content be major than screen size, or force a scrollbar appear, when you declare a frame, but it wont do anything if you don't have enough content to make it "usuable", but you can still customize what appears.

you can change the appearance of scrollbars using CSS.
