How to make a design page for Tshirt

HEllo, I would like to make a design page that user can design his Tshirt online. It should have the functions like, adding pictures or text on the Tshirt, and the user can modify the font ,color and size of the text and the position of the picture. After design, the whole information should be sent to the database for producer usage. SO could any one have some good suggestion or source code for these purpose or any good links.
