New to web design.

I am trying to make a drop down flash menu. But I don't know how to make any HTML links clickable underneath the Flash menu. It seems Internet Explorer is the only web browser that allows links to be clicked.

I use "position:absolute;" & "<param name="wmode" value="transparent">" to position drop down menu over some text links which are visible, but none of them are clickable with Firefox, Chrome or Opera.

Is there a solution to this?

Code:
<style>
flash
{

left:8px;
top:266px;
z-index:1;}
</style>

<body>

<flash>
<div align="center">
<object classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=7,0,19,0" width="1100" height="360">
<param name="wmode" value="transparent">
<param name="movie" value="dropdownmenu.swf" />
<param name="quality" value="high" />
<embed src="dropdownmenu.swf" quality="high" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="1100" height="360" wmode="transparent"></embed>
</object>
</div>
</flash>

<img src="top.jpg" width="1100" height="256" />

<table height=50><tr><td></td></tr></table>
