ActionScript 3 - I goofed, can you help me?

This entire time I was thinking of adding in an image at the bottom of my scene, but now I'm not so sure. If I don't add in an image, I have to move everything down. So is there a way to edit all my scene images and move them down quickly. I got a lot of frames, and it could take a little while if I have to move frame by frame.

If it's not possible, I need to know this as well.

BTW, it's a custom level map from Super Mario Bros 3. The area at the bottom would show the current cards, timer, points, and lives, but I don't really need this as part of my flash other then to fill up space.

edit: My flash video is kind of small, when played in a video player the size is perfect but some of my animations have weird lines. Why does this happen?
