Hi everyone....i am working on a website in flash and would like to have a username and password field on it for logging into my webmail feature. Now, i dont know if this is possible, but i would really appreciate any info on how i could possibly do this! thanks in advance!

Hi, if you look at SteadyScene's post about an email form you will find the source for it. The idea is very similar in principle. Take some user entered data from some flash input text boxes, send it to php and then let flash work depending on the result. You would need to modifiy it of course such as removing and adding any fields you would want. Then you need to edit the php file to check the username and password somewhere. That could be done in loads of ways such as from a sql database, an xml file, a text file....etc....
