need to change X - Y default position

I am using the track mouse code (shows X-Y coords).
Is there a way to change the default position of the X-Y coords (default upper left) to be in the center?

I need a way to display the coords of a Map that I built where all the locations on the Map are based off the Center of the image to be X-0 Y-0.

example:
center of my image is X-0 Y-0
Top Left = -8000 8000
bottom left = -8000 -8000
Top right = 8000 8000
bottom right = 8000 -8000

Hi ijasont,

if your map is a movieClip, then use the mouse coords off the movieClip rather than the _root. You can set the 0 point of the movieClip to be centre rather than top left.
