Pausing a Loop
I want to create a menu with objects that circle around. When you rollover a button, the movie clip should pause and display the title, and when you rollout, the movie clip should resume play from the exact point it stopped at. How should I do this?

Wasn't quite what I was looking for...
Here is an fla of what I've been working on. I'm trying to get the whole movie to pause looping when you roll over any of the buttons and to resume when you roll out again. I also would like the buttons to fade in on rollover, and out on rollout. I've already programmed the alpha tween, but I can't get it to come in when I want it to. Sincerely, skacrusader07 |

I've finished the alpha and rotation and attached it below. Any of the circles will stop rotation onRollOver and resume rotation onRollOut. They will also fade it and out. I also got rid of all of the tweening because the same effect can be achieved through scripting.

Now is there any way to do it substituting the circles for faces? The problem occurs during rotation. The faces don't stay right side up, they rotate along with the circle. I used a motion guide. Is there a better way?
