Unhappy Please help my form

I have created a form that is split into 3 scenes. I need to know how to get that inforamation to post to an email. Also, when you move from scene to scene you loose the information you just entered. I am good with design and poor with coding so I need lots of very detailed help. Pleeeeeaaassee!!!!!!!!www.rickyricardoslimos.com/reservation.htm

wont let me upload a .fla

How am I supposed to post the .fla?

You can use "WinZip" to add to your .fla to a zip file and then post it.
