popup from txt
Hello,
I'm loading a .txt file as a variable from flash. In this txt file I would like to call a popup window, through javascript, or something else. Javascript isn't working here, and sometimes the movie reloads itself and I don't want it to do that. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Hi, one of the newer posts had the link to the macromedia site about popup windows. you should look at that and the link from that about java script and popup windows. you could then use getURL in flash to open the popup and at the same time pass any vars you want to load from the text file. i.e. dont load the java from the text file, do that in flash
