problem with movie including 8 buttons

Hi there, I am new here!
I am still learning flash by myself, hopefully with some help sometimes from cool experimented web-designers.

Problem nr.1:
I created 8 similar rool-over buttons dividing a circle and then gathered them in a movie. When I open the movie within the library, the rollovers work, ... but when I drag the movie-menu onto the main stage, nothing happens anymore!!!!!! (same when I export the movie)

Difference: all other movies have a little play button in the box on top of the library, but this movie (called "main_button_CN") including my 8 buttons doesn't. Is it bad doctor?

Problem nr.2:
On top of that I had created a 50% transparent graphic which in another movie fades in and out, to be a dynamic 1/8th-circle-part button...
Even in the "main-menu_CN" the rollover works but doesnt fade in/out.

well i tried to open your file ..but it doesnt know what program it was created with ..i have flash 2004 and should be able to open all previous version of flash !
