Probs w/rollover

Hey, I can't figure out how to fix this so that when you rollover, the buttons stay so that you can click on them. I tried changing the size of the original movie clip, but it still doesn't work for some reason. I probably butchered it (pretty new to Flash), but if someone could help?

Try This Quick fix, this is not really the best way to do this but good enough.

mmmm....good, but now the buttons won't work. They don't necessarily need to be "buttons", they just have to be able to do something on rollover, rollout, and click. Specifically, they need to open a draggable window within the flash file. Possible?

I tried to keep the actionscript simple.
