Shattering Text

Hi, any of you know where i can find a tutorial to make a flash anim that will make text shatter into little pieces?
I've found the exploding text, but the letters of the words will just spin out.
I'm really after each letter appearing to shatter one by one.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

text effects like these are made with a seperate tool which creates .swf files and they can be imported into your main flash movie...

a tool which does this for instance is swish
