Streaming video

I know this question has been asked before but I could not find an answer.

I have a video clip in "wmv" format that I've inported into Flash. I've converted it to a "swf" file. I like to have visitors to the site be able to watch the video as it downloads if at all possible (I don't have a choice actually).

I'm quite new to flash so if you could be descriptive that would be great. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
