swf content scale including bitmaps

hello, i have an swf file created originally for an offline presentation its size is 1024x768. now i want to embed the same file in an html and use it as a website the problem is i want to resize my movie to a smaller size but i want also to resize all the images so they become smaller in kb. does anyone know a software that can do this. NB: i don't want to resizz it using html parameters and it wil take too much time to update bitmaps from the library. so i want to shrink bitmaps inside the swf or fla automatically. thank you

Flash has a JPEG compression option during export. you can reduce the % quality and see how much kbs you save.

Personally, I'd resize the images in Photoshop. I had not had much success reducing file size by a lot from the JPEG compression in Flash. but let me ask around, and i'll get back to ya.
