Hello im very new to this flash thing but i was wondering ..what program do i use to make swf files?? or to anything to convert them to swf.

Hovi, you need a copy of flash to create swf files.

i know but when i pick "save.." it saves as .fla
and does files dont work on my site...it thinks its to download something..i got a swf file from my friend n it shows on my site.I have Macromedia Flash MX 2004,Macromedia Contribute 2,Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004,Macromedia Fireworks MX 2004 and Macromedia FreeHand MX.Still dont know how to save the file as ".swf"
