text to speech accessibility

Hello,
I'm a new user in director. I'm using text to speech feature in Director MX for a tutorial. Here the "voiceSpeak()" Lingo command allows the system to speak but in a robotic voice. But I want to turn it as a human-voice (so that the audience can feel that human is talking to them).
How can i do that?....
my default system voice is.... 'microsoft sam'.
By using the "voiceget()" Lingo command I got the number
" -2147483648" instead of any formatted statement like...
"[#name: "Mary", #age: "teen", #gender: "female", #index: 5]".
Even In some system I got in the above format but as follows...
"[#name: , #age: , #gender: , #index: 1]".
My OS is windows 2000/XP where SAPI and MSAgent characters are installed.

Now my questions are....

1. How can I get the human voice rather than robotic one? (in text to speech accessibility)

2. To get a formatted output like "[#name: "Mary", #age: "teen", #gender: "female", #index: 5]"... what are the steps I have to follow?

3. To change the "name", "age", "gender"... what are the steps I need to follow?
