triggering/playing symbols?
Hello,
sorry for my English oeky doeky, please help me. I learn to make symbol like mc, btn etc. I started make my site and I made lots of mc symbols (each about from 20 to 30 frames, some about 200 frames), and I put each mc symbol to keyframe in the scene (like 1st keyframe 1st mc symbol, 2nd keyframe 2nd mcsymbol, 3rd kf etc.) I'd like to trigger them with action script -- when last frame of 1st mc symbol is played, gotoAndPlay 2nd keyframe and play 2nd mc symbol, and again when last frame of 2nd mc symbol is played, go to and play 3rd keyframe. Does it makes sense? I know how to put them with frames like I know that 1st mc symbol has 20 frames, so then I put 2nd mc symbol to 21st keyframe etc. but then the timeline will be about three hundreds frames long and it is confused. PLEASE help me. |

thank you, that is not exactly what I was thinking,
I've just found out that it works when i put action to each mc at the end stop(); _root.nextFrame(); and it works but thank you anyway ![]() |
