Using movies in flash
I was wondering how I would use a movie on an image using flash.
I have an image here :http://members.shaw.ca/kemp (its the landscape pic on the left) I want to sub a movie of moving clouds in for the clouds in the image. Like at this site: http://www.skyworksinc.com/ Im pretty new to flash. Can anyone help? |

I looks to me like that site is using the feature of Flash MX that allows you to import actual video from a Digital Video Camera or somthing. You could take actual time-lapse footage of clouds moving, and import it to Flash MX. I'm almost certain judeing by the looks of the other animations that appear when you click Press Room, Investor Relations, ect. that Skyworks did 3D renders using program like Discreet 3DS Max or Lightwave for all of the anims and imported them.
