WebPhotoGallery in Flash.

Is there anyone that is a genious at Flash? I am what would be considered, for lack of a better word, NEW, at using flash. I have dabbled here and there but nothing this deep. I can see what I want but would like to work with someone to actually make it work. Looking to create a customizable ( admin wise) main page that would allow registered users to upload images to albums based on there user names. within these albums they can create sub albums which they can use to catagorize there images. I would need a few settings that I can change relating to how many albums or images per person. That is the basics. I am willing to either pay for the help, offer free hosting on my server, or just a thanks for the help if thats all ya need. But any help would be appreciated. If there is a solid customizable software that will run on IIS in win2k, that might work as well. thanks for any help.
