Do you see that thing in the middle of the stage that looks like a small circle? That is called an empty movie clip which means that it has no content on the first frame. Right-click on that circle and press "edit." I'm pretty sure that you'll find your content inside that clip.

thank you for replying. this first scene is for the loader that appears before the rest of the movie. And I am sure the rest of it must be in GUI based instead of right clicking all library items and editing them because I downloaded it from template monster and something like that can't be made without all objects and simultaneously working on them.
I tried what you said and only two layers of loader progressbar appears that has a very long timeline and I still can't see the rest of fla. |

Hi, ok I've got a bunch of things for you to try, sorry if it sounds a bit antaganistic (i fink dats d word!)...
OK working from your screenshot: 1) The dropdown box that says 100%. Drop it down and select show all. 2) The layer named "Layer 5" is hidden. Click on the red cross to show it. It is only hidden in the editor, not in the published swf. Its locked so unlock it to select its content by clicking on the lock icon. 3) I think you said that you've looked in the library. If you really haved looked through everything there then maybe the rest of the content is directly on the root. Doing (1) and (2) should show you everything. To make sure click on the picture of a box at the top of the layers panel. That should make every layer display in outline mode. This will let you see 100 transparent objects as well. You could try locking every layer and then unlock one at a time to see what is there. I do this sometimes when things get hectic. 4) Are you sure there isnt another movie that is loaded into this one? Check the project folder or the code, maybe the other movie is online somewhere else and loaded from there. Look through the action script. 5) Have you checked out the Movie Explorer. I think its under the Window menu, or press ALT-F3. This should show you everything in one window. I think you can get all the AS to show here as well so you dont have to roam through mountains of movies. Well thats my 5 cents on the matter, if you still cant find what you need then you can send me the file and I'll take a ganders. -Tann |
