i was wondering the same thing. My friends site was hosted there and then all of the sudden its not working. He lost everything. It was a lot of work.
(a classic example of why free hosts and not backing up files is bad).

Actually is a classic example of hosting with an unstable company and not backing up at the same time.
It happens to poorly managed commercial hosting "companies" as well sometimes, and not just free host.
