100MB of space and 50GB of bandwidth, upgradable...

A wbbhost with at least 100MB of space and at least 50GB of bandwidth that will allow more if I ever need it, they also need php and at least 1 mysql db, they also need to support .htaccess and .htpasswd and I want it ad free. I would prefer domain hosting cause i got a uni.cc and i would like to use it as a domain not a fowarder but if u don't provide domain you have to allow me to have my uni.cc domain foward to my site. I also want to upload .zips and it cannot have a file size limit.

edit: well ad free would be nice but i would be willing to put a text link back to the host in my links bar if they like but no banner ads or pop-ups or pop-unders.

found one dhost.info 100mb or space 300gb of bandwidth and u can get more upon request, no ads but bo .htaccess support but, i got a system to make up for that.

EDIT: well since i found a host i'll just lock this topic since i doubt anyone can beat dhost's offer.
