2+ SQL free hosting

hi i have made a post similar to this before but the person who offered me hasnt set it up

what i need is:
2 or more SQL databases
20mb space (or more)
200-300mb bandwidth
php
and preferably no baners pop ups etc although id be more than happy to put a link/button on my page

it is mostly for a college assignemtn just to upload work to although hopefully other people will see my work aswel

id be more than happy to recommend you to other people who will be on my course aswel so theres a possibiliity you might get paid hosting through them and theres also the possibility that if i needed more than stated above i would be happy to pay for more space/bandwidth/databases etc
