30MB+, Preferably with PHP and MySQL

Hello. I am in desperate need of free hosting. I have looked everywhere, but to no avail, so I'm trying here in desperation and hope.
I'm sure I could find an answer to my inquiry somewhere in this forum already, but I cannot be bothered to trove through the millions of topics plainly titled "Free Hosting".
Therefore, I apologise for clogging up the forum because of my own lazyness.
My site (if I can get the hosting, that is) is going to be a persona site, probably to do with my graphic design and HTML projects. It is likely that I will also want a forum there in the future, hence my need for PHP and MySQL.
Here are the specifications (and features) of the free hosting I need -

- 30MB+ of Disk Space.
- 250MB+ of Bandiwidth
- FTP Uploading (Not essential but preferable)
- Adverts - I am perfectly willing and happy to place a button or a text link on my site, but what I'm not willing to have is a massive great banner that kills the look of my site, or a hulking frame of adverts that takes up 30% of the screen.
- I would like to be able/allowed to hotlink images from my site so I can place my images on other sites, e.g. Graphic Design forums I visit. Although this feature is far from essential, I would like it. (NOTE - I am not one of those people who wants a site solely for the intention of remotely linking the images on it - my site will definitely be used as a proper site.)
- I will probably eventually install a forum on this board, therefore I will need PHP and MySQL. (Although it's not 100% essential, I would really like it.)
- I have a uni.cc domain name, and at the moment it's pointing at a globaldrives.net (The link for whom I got from this forum) server. I would like to be able to do this with my hosting as well - have my uni.cc domain name pointing at it with DNS and all that. (I'd use the correct technical terms if I knew what they were/what I was talking about, but unfortunately I don't.) What I mean by this is to have, say, URL, and then when you click on "links" It'd go to URL, rather than what you often get with free domain names, which is "www.metamorphosis.uni.cc" sitting in the address bar, no matter what links you click on, or what page you happen to be on.
I hope I haven't lost you by now. If there's anything I have missed out, please don't hesitate to ask.
