Comes with shell access (SSH), MySQL, 500MB of webspace, and lots of other stuff!
The setup process does take a bit of time, and the control panel takes some getting used to, but 500MB for free is worth a little inconvenience IMHO!
You can also register domain names for $5.99, which is the cheapest I've seen.
