There are some... but not really worth the effort in most cases. If you look in the web hosting forums you will find some (probably requiring banners)

We have real accounts starting at $5 a month...

sry i found i better php host and its cheaper and it offers me much much more

try Lycos UK They have pop-up and banner ads, but add <noscript><noscript><plaintext> to the end of every page (after the </html>) to get rid of most of them.
