They offer PHP, mySQL, Perl, Cgi, Domain hosting with a plesk control panel hosted on Linux Redhat 9 servers.

They are free, they mentioned somewhere in their website that this one lifetime registration fee is to prevent multiple registrations from one user to avoid abusing their free service.

if you want lots of space and free web hosting, go to URL the only thing is that your site has to be anime. you get 250mb of space, cgi, php, email, and more. you can also request for more space if needed. no ads or pop ups. pretty good
