Clan/Guild in need of a realiable free host =D

hello, my clan is in need of the following features for the webiste:

100+mb space
500-1000mb of transfer or more
No Ads
PHP
MySQL
Sub-domain, we don't have a domain name, we will be just happy with a sub.
Be allowed to use Php-Nuke, that is what our site runs off of.

We will have some video files, but will be compressed and they are not copyrighted material, just gameplay footage.

I will put a small button ad if i need to on the side. No huge ads or popups(ie. Forced ads).
