CS:S sponsorship (Not just Web host)

Looking to sponsor or prefer to bring in a team that is active and will use the resources we have. I currently shut down our Vent server as nobody was using it but would be willing to run it again if we can get enough active people to use it. We would prefer to have a scrim/cal team use it but if not an active group of people willing to take the 3xG. name. If it came down to it, we could probably change the name (if we all agree on one).
