Forum Hosting

I've been looking forever, but I can't find anything good. Can anyone point me to a free forum host.

My preferences are:

• With latest version Invision Power Board
• No restrictions on board settings esp. skin settings
• No ads of any kind unless they are right down the bottom of the HTML - for design reasons
• No limit or very reasonable limit on posts / threads
• No account deletion from lack of activity

My main concern right now is good features and the ability to completely change the look of the forum, so that I can make the forum look like my website.
Can anybody help me?

Purpose of the forum? Just as an extension to my site - i.e. discuss topics on the site, easier posting of news, discuss things of interest. My site is mostly about me, my friends and our views, current events, etc. A lot of opinions and philosophy and interesting things, supposedly. Also a bit about our current projects in art, animation, programming, etc. which I guess we would extend to boards about art and animation and such forth. I don't like to see porn or terrorist activity, if you're worried about that, and I'm against extremists and excessive use of swearing.

Members? I'm not sure. I hope about as many as a hundred, of which about 15-20 would be very active, but I would expect around 20-30 to begin with.

Bandwidth? I haven't got a clue, really. It would depend on what kind of forum (i.e. IPB, BB, etc.) I'd be running and how active people are in the forums. In terms of activity, I would expect an average of 5 new threads a day, and unguessable amounts of posts (maybe 3-5 in the 5-7 most recent threads of each board). I cannot really predict it.

In terms of members and activity, I really wouldn't have a clue. My site could be a big hit and attract heaps of people to the forums. Or my site could just be popular amongst people I know, or in small communities that I am part of, and just have a small number of people active. I'm not sure.

In terms of the purpose of the forum and the topics discussed - I plan to moderate all that very firmly in the respects of sticking to reasonable topics.
