Free Host Needed-- Desperately

The current host of my site (sfera) seems to have vanished off the face of the earth. I can't access my site, the host site, or anything else hosted on sfera. When I e-mail them, I get a message saying it can't be delivered. I'm in desperate need of a new host for my site, and can't afford a paid host.

I don't need a whole lot of space, but my site does have a lot of images, as it's a personal one where I post artwork and such. Also, my computer seems to have issues with FTP, so I need to be able to upload from the browser.

In short, I need a free web host, preferrably with cpanel (my last host had it, and it's extremely useful), php and mysql (my site had a forum, which has also died ). As far as space goes... *shrug* Like I said, I don't need a whole lot, but I'm not sure how much my site would use.

If anyone knows where I can find such hosting, please send me a message, or reply here.

Edit: One more thing. No ads. I have no problem putting links to the hosts site up, but banner ads would destroy my sites' layout, and I hate popups with a passion.

I can offer you free hosting, however I don't normally include a MySQL database.. but I may be able to make an exception.
