Humm... seems like there are an increasing number of "host hoppers" ( if there is such a term... )

There are terms and conditions of the hosting companies and its to the user or member to follow them and not the company to follow the user....

There are 2 alternatives to your request as I see it.

1) Install Apache on your PC and then leave it to run 24/7
2) Come up with a good site plan for your website and then propose it to a hosting company, keeping in mind how your plan would benefit them in return.

Then I am sure your site would be hosted soon.

shyper.com free accounts have 100mb of space and 10gb of bandwidth no ads subdomain but cannot use fowarding service. I used them before i needed more bandwidth.
