I am running a small server setup on my pc via my 576k dsl connection. I will provide basic hosting for small sites with good features. The server has a reasonable uptime, however soon i am upgrading my pc to the latest pentium 4 processor so there will be a week or so downtime in the next 4-6 months.
Heres what i can give you:

Unmeasured Bandwidth

FTP/Browser Upload System
PHP
1 MySQL Database (Currently working on this)
