Free Hosting plzzzzzzzzzz

Hi,

I am looking for a free web hosting to host my website...i have my own domain name that i would like to use.

I need
50mb-100mb of space.
1gb bandwidth
no ads or pop-ups ( but your link will be placed on my website)
1 ftp account

if anyone can offer me this i would greatly appreciate it.
