Hmmm.. I click on sign-up and get asked to pay $20... also when i clicked back and then clicked on the sign-up link it now has two there and wants $40. Is there any way of resetting this?

you can delete/remove extra charge which may cuase by double clicking the lick by change the quantity to zero of any item and click Recalculate button

I don't get the point...
The title is free PHP,CGI, SSI hosting and you have to pay $20.
You can say what you want but it still isn't free.
