Free Shell

I need a free shell.

25mb space
1bg process
2gb
Able to run/compile unrealircd

I know its a lot to ask for, so heres so stuff the hoster will get.

Oper on the irc
Root Admin Access on the forum
Access to anope on the other server i hopefully will get.

People won't provide shell as u noe the bandwidth useage is high. It will pressure the server.

I dont know, i most likely will use less then that anyways.
