-Able to set file permissions ie (666) as a files permissions

your nuts if you think your gonna get unlimited bandwidth for free. not unless your going to be putting ads or something to make up for it. sounds like a warez temp site.

I have seen unlimited bandwidth for free with exactly what i want, a few days ago and i cannot find any of those sites again.

Its froumd about visual studio .net 2003 so thats why i need the php and mysql and i want the unlimited bandwidth just to plan ahead for when and if I get tons of users.

yes http://vsnet2003.thefreebizhost.com but the host is unreliable and i am sucking up all the bandwidth.

a good way to save transfer/bandwidth is to use a forum skin that isn't image intensive, although they may not look as good

how about i make you a deal, i can give you 100mb space and 5gb transfer (once your site is up and running, i can give you more) with cPanel and Fantastico for a one-click installer for phpBB but you must place my ads on every page, pref. under the header/nav. The amount of revenue brought in from thoes ads will help determine the amount of bandwidth. If you're interested, email me at admin[at]necronhosting.com with a link to this thread.

well thats all nice but i asked for NO ads and i don't need cPanel or Fantastico. I can install phpbb by myself i did it for my current site. I would just need ftp access. And I Forgot To Mention, I Need A Sub-Domain Because I Don't Own Or Want To buy A Domain.

I know you asked for no ads, but bandwidth costs a lot and you want as much as you can get, therefor i ask you place ads on your site to help pay for it. cPanel and Fantastico come standard with all hosting plans i offer, and a subdomain won't be a problem.
