Free Web Hosting ... Needed

I'll run a huge project (it'll get decent amount of visitors) and I need a good partner who could host me for free.. I need a stable and reliable place. And it's quite hard to find free hosting which could be suitable for my project so I've decided to ask here.. My request is quite huge so I'm ready to setup any advertisements on the site (no pop-ups, please) or anything else what hoster will require..
Note: I'll use own UNI.CC domain.

The Request:
- 350 MB Space (no illegal content).
- 5 GB Bandwith (popular portal = a lot of visitors).
- 3+ Subdomains (for forums (forums.domain), subprojects).
- PHP (necessary), CGI (optional)...
- 10 MySQL Databases (for portal, forums, etc.).
- 15 Email Accounts (for staff, subprojects).
- 7+ FTP Accounts (for staff).
- Control Panel (better cPanel).
- Fantastico or Scripta (optional).

So if you could host me, it would be just great! Post any further information here or contact me via email, or just PM me and we'll discuss all requirements, etc.
If you don't understand something here or just have questions, post below..

The last thing, I'm sorry, but I don't have anything to show you, because the main site will be running on CMS and will be build from the null. But you can be sure that the site will be good (quality content, great looking and unique graphics, etc.) and popular..

I mean, that NOW I don't have nothing to show, but I'm porting all the information to CMS and I can sure you that the portal is going to be popular I don't have the proof, but..
And about the project, I won't say the idea here, 'till I'll find who could host it..
