You won't last long with 1000mb and only 3 gig bandwidth.

Figure on at least 2gig bandwidth per 100mb for a moderately successful site. And be prepared to up that if your site really catches on.

Anything less than that and you risk excessive bandwidth costs or closures when you go over. It's not worth the hassle, even if it is free.
