1 gig of space
at least 3gig of bandwidth
unlimited subdomains
Unlimited mysql databases
cpanel and if u have it WHM
cgi and php

but try www.thefreeserver.com with 1000 subdomains & dbs

why isnt WHM free?

Basically because it allows you to create accounts. As you're getting the original space for free, you can easily go and sell that space to make a profit.

but im only going to give free hosting to my friends!!!

by the way, you'll probably need more then 3gb bandwidth if it's 1gb space

how do i make accounts in cpanel? because they want cpanel too

if you make the accounts in cPanel, you can't make accounts with cPanel. You can however make them a subdomain, give them a FTP account, a database, and an email address or two. If you want to give them cPanel, you'll need WHM and you'll probably have to pay. I've seen resellers start at $2 with 200mb space if you can space a few bucks.
