hosting for small company

Dear hosters/members,

recently we have lost our hosting, due to a fire at Nocster. Well, atleast that is what my hoster told me. But first I will tell something about my little company:

It's called Static Group ltd, it has been running for a couple of months, and our main site (URL) got about 500-1000 hits a day. It was a site with articles on site promotion and advertisement.

Also we had a forum running, called Static Forums. Almost a year ago it was an anime forum, now it turned into a really nice general forum. We were working on a custom style, and licenses had been received for vBulletin and HiveMail.

Further we had the intention to start our own autohits exchange, to generate more traffic, and more income. Unfortunatly the site that was up didn't make any money, so now we can not afford to buy hosting.

We hope to get an offer from one of you, and we want to pay back in banner exposure, or maybe if we generate some money, we could pay you back sometime. (Though I can not guarantee that our company will generate any money, at the moment.)
Here are the specs of the hosting we are looking for:
