Hosting Request

I am looking for a host with the following specs:

50 or more mb space (100 would be nice)
5 gigs of bandwidth (give or take)
php
mysql
phpmyadmin
fast and reliable

I'd actually prefer it if the host didn't have cpanel. I always find it to be bloated and unnessisary. I do wish to have phpmyadmin or something similar though.

The site will be about my development of games, php, and music (all original)

BTW: I'd prefer having no ads although I am flexible so I'll hear your offers out.
