I Need A Domain And Hosting For Free

Hi i need a domain and free hosting i only need a little bit of Space for all the other things but i will host my images on a free server such as photobucket because my images are going to be direct linked and i don't want to waste alot of bandwidth.

I'm a 13 yearsold graphics artist And i know Html and Css.

Here's what i want i want a site with a nice domain.

and i only need a little space because i can host my images on photobucket so i don't waste bandwidth because i make neographics (for neopets) And people hot link my images.

so i will host images on photobucket but i still need a host to host my site like the pages and stuff only problem is i can't afford a domain not even one for 3$ a month.

Because i'm only 13 and my mother is a single mother of 3.
we are low income but get nice things only when we get tax returns like this computer was bought this year for only $500
so because not having lots of money i don't get stuff i really want like a domain or a nice software to make my site with So you see i just can't afford it that's why i'm looking around trying to find atleast the next best thing if i can't find anything i geuss i am just going to go back to geocities.
