I need free web hosting to build a forum
I need at last 75 MB space and more if you find and that it will be good for php and if there is one that he is fast that whould be beter
 I need it now........

Well...
I cant give you all that space just to hsot Forums, but I can set some Forums up free and host them for you (as long as forums are YaBBSE, IPB or phpBB2).

If you're using a php based forum (vBulletin [with proper license], IPB, YaBBSE, or phpBB) and NOT a CGI based forum, let me know if you can add a text link somewhere (none disruptive to your design as you choose the text and placement as long as it is visible and relevent) drop me a PM and I'll get you setuped.
PS: I'm by no means a host, just someone with a large reseller account and some extra resource to go around
