im leader of a cs clan and im lokoing to get a deal on a 12 person private and a hosting package anything under 50 bucks is good i need:

250 mb space
2-3 gb of transfer
1-2mysql dbases
php
1 ftp

if i can get this free you can put banners on my site (every page)

and for the game server:

12 man
private
admin mod
amx mod
psychostats

If you need a reliable commercial webhost for under $50 bucks a year I could direct you to one ( and it could provide you with more than what you have stated )
As for free hosting I currently don't support PHP only maybe until later in the year.

You don't really understand him, he needs juist a little webspace... and a complete server for Counterstrike. Almost no normal host has those.
