Kind Souls?

Hi im inno. im from sweden and i dont write english so good. Resently i re-started my project called: ination(illusionate nation) with my buddy Xpressiv, since we both have been on a school exchange for 6 months and when we left we put the project on ice. So of course had my freewebs account been deleted due to inactivity. So Hey lets do it me and my friend decided that we wanna start up ination as a php-nuke website containing up to date gaming news, nice reviews of games and technology stuff & other fun stuffs, a forum and of course previews, contests and release lists.

The page would also work together with our graphix team called illusionate studios. So what the heck, I requested a free hosting several times in here but only got bad answers from hosts that dont answer my confirmating emails and posts. Untill i tried out dhost.info with 100mb od space and 300 yes 300gb:s of bw!!!... but i seem to have a slight problem with my phpnuke, since its my first time... so what we are seeking right now is a host with:

~200mb of space
>99% uptime
~5gb of BW
1 FTP account
1 MYSQL account
Cpanel (some of teh latest ones.)

I am willing to take more if handed out to me... and i am also willing to negosiate the stuff i require. I would also like to have PHP-NUKE pre-installed if possible, or maybe you can help me!. In exchange i could have a banner at the bottom of every page and maybe some text-links too, but i dont like pop-ups or pop-unders.

A domain name would be fun too, if you can offer a .info or other(maybe a top-level?) it would be fantastic. Email is not required but it would be good to have too.

I would (if i could) pay for a hosting like that but since me and my friends are in the age of 14-16, we have not the right to have a CC and shop on the internet and all the parents insist that its a "WASTE OF MONEY!" to buy webhosting when i can come for free...... IM SORRY!


I have heard about http://www.kronix.net that it is gr8! maybe the owner is registered here? mayeb i can get the basic one for free?
