This is basicly what i need:
50 meg space
good amount of bandwith
php/mysql
subdomain

and thats about it.

You could get a domain uni.cc domain at URL or a top level domain if you have one (.com/.net/.org)

When i click submit on your site, it comes up with a error saying "This page cannot be found" any ideas?

Go to your uni.cc account and update the DNS nameservers to:

ns1.globaldrives.net
ns2.globaldrives.net

It'll take at least 24 hours before the DNS updates (before you can view your website )

oh, 1 more question, do you have any restrictions on file types?
and is the login for the sql database the same as the ftp?
and the database host would be twa.uni.cc correct?

As long as the files aren't illegal, no.

MySQL database name/username/password would be the name/username/password you input while creating the database via cPanel. For the host, you can just put localhost
