Looking for CS 1.6 Sponsor

I am currently looking for a sponsor to get a public CS 1.6 server up and running. I need this sponsor because I can't afford to pay for the server at the moment because finances are tight, but within a couple of months after receiving the server, I will be able to start paying for it. If I get a sponsorship, I will advertise for the sponsor on the website which I will be creating myself upon receiving the server/sponsor.

I would like the server to be 20 slots if possible, I am not being too picky with the specifications of the server because it's a free sponsored server after all.

Can someone please help me out, it would be much appreciated.
